I dont see a fuse for the aftermarket pump Jarno? Is it elswhere on the powerfeed to extra relay?

Fuse is near battery. Aftermarket pump gets power directly from battery. Only tricker wire is robbed from stock harness

Power is nothing without control. Weight is enemy of performance, handling and braking.

Yep...fairly easy..in fuse box remove fuel pump relay and bridge with a suitable guage piece of wire...let the pumps run for a few seconds to prime and pressure fuel lines. Ideally lift pump first then main pump...you got a swirl pot?

I see the swirl pot with adaptronic sticker on....hopefully no leaks or stickers gonna ruined....
Ideally prime swirlpot system first by pulling aftermarket fuel pump fuse...then prime aftermarket main pump...once swirl pot fuel full can prime and run together.

Well, I have to figure out how to prime full system. Maybe force pumps to pump...

I want to check all leaks before I put UIM and all that crap on. After that its difficult to see if fuel rails leak...

Just cant understand why that buzzer goes off...

Seems to be my only option., force those pumps on and pressurize system...

I have tryed to figure out 3 hours what cause that buzzer to go off and why fuel system wont work...

There is fuel pressure check plug that when you jump wire it, it should overwritr system and allow pump to build up pressure. Did that too, nothing...

Jon, take immidiately flight to here to help me out

The buzzer could be door open, low coolant etc, there 2 on the fd that are annoying. The most annoying being key in ignition but door open. Shut door goes off.
Piccy of fuse box with relay removed and piccy of pins on relay i can tell you which 2 pins to bridge to get pumps running.
But they should prime in position 2, as your using tank fuel pump feed to be aftermarket fp relay trigger they both should prime.
Check the fuse mate.
( having never been under bonnet of fc im assuming the pos 2 prime is just any other mazda ive worked on).

You got 2 fuses to check...
Fuel pump fuse..this is the power to fuel pump.
But youll have another which will be after ignition realy eng cont or summit which will be power to trigger fuel pump relay.
Fuses will only be blown if youve done a whoopsie....

So, after long day...

I jump wired fuel pumps to force pump. They work just fine...

Got fuel lines pressurized. Some leaks at 2 bar...

My fuel pressure regulators npt adapters leaks alot...

Got my electics friend to come to see. Im a fuc**ng moron!

Didnt realize that there is two ground wires in wiring loom at engine bay. So, we put those on. And both pumps started to scream and pumped ALOT fuel to engine bay... Cause FPR wasnt on..

So, after that. We got whole system pressurized. Got fuel pressure up to 4,5 bar when one injector started popped out and started to leak. Remember, this fuel rail system suppose to be bolt on, but it sits about 10mm too high...

Im tired, frustraded and drunk...
