After lessons learnt at Combe I know Snetterton well enough to know its going to be a battle in the slower corners and around Coram leading into Murrays with the front four cars  so a few changes have been made to get more GRIP.

By taking off the rear wings angle of attack and losing  grip Combe show made me have a think and "hopefully" I have made the correct decisions.

By putting more wing on, which I have, this will make the car more susceptible to understeer, or push as the Americans like to term it, so I have modified the rear anti roll bar with an extra hope which makes the bar effectively shorter and stiffer. I didn't want to go stiffer rear springs which would have the same effect as the stiffer rear bar, but with the stiffer springs traction can suffer.

Next up, is after much discussion with Xtreme Tyres I have ordered a set which you can see below.

Apparently they will come on sooner but have the same temperature range as the duration of the race goes on as the  Toyo's, but give me grip----we shall see!.

Somehow I need to get this extra set to the track so I can go back to the Toyo's after Qualifying if need be.

I have now plumbed the rear brakes with some cold air via proper 2.5" cooling hose as I have had hot rear brakes at Snetterton before!

Last job in the week will be extending the exhaust tip and blocking up the holes in the boot because with the fuel additive the cars fuming more and after the race at Combe I was feeling the effects of carbon monoxide poisoning------------ Christine, still keeps trying to kill me  ::)

Just had a look for last years time for my target times.
Last year the car was well off pace qualifying seventh with 2.17, pole was 2.13 !

Hopefully with the Turbo, remap, diff ratio change etc, I can eat into this time.

With the improvements, I've no doubt there will be quicker times.

But no mods can account for psychotic Honda drivers.

Fingers crossed on the day  :icon_thumleft:
