... 15 mins... really good guys real good ettiquette on track. Drive to your limits no pressure...if you just wanna squirt it down the straights and take it steady all fine and no hassling from any mega turbo cars...
Me n Clive usually have a play but were really respectful to other track users...its basically loads of rotarys on track having a hoon.

I've got a big(long) head. Finding a helmet is tricky. I only just found a bike helmet that fits. Better start looking

I think there about 8 places left on exclusive trackday and wouldnt worry about helmet..most of the rx8 guys brings spares...
