In the words of Monty Python "My Brakes are bereth of life" !

I really wasn't joking when I said I ran out of brakes at Silverstone ;).

With with the material gone, I used the metal backing to try and stop, then I even tried using the caliper piston against the disc as it made its way through the brake, but that didn't help much either because the brake fluid fell out  ::)-----------no idea why the car wouldn't stop, but brakes or no brakes, I'm blowed if I was going to pull off   >:D

Got a little write up in Autosport magazine, that left its readers in no doubt that the Civic only won both races because of my "issues"   ;)

Oh my thats possibly the worst ive ever seen..that mustve been scary as hell.
Reminded me of the tour of the JCB factory i did years ago...they were demonstrating friction welding....
