tried googling fuel flow ratings....fail....so went for fuse ratings of fuel pumps...i.e current draw being directly relatable  Rx8 fuse pump rating is 20amp...What is a fuse rating of  mk3 mx5?

found it, mk3 and 3.5 fuel pump fuse rating is 15A....so with fuzzy logic must be smaller pump....

I went for a uprated pump in the end. I think the pop off valve is causing me issues
