Perfect fit!
New hub nut turned up and the stand off washers to do a better job of the ppf bracket. Much happier with it now.
All that's left is the last abs sensor

still a dsc fault but I think I know what it is. Hopefully be sorted tonight. Limited the revs at 4k,limiter sounds cool.

Thought I fixed the dsc fault... Light comes on when I go above 10mph still.

Doing a bit of reading and I think the dsc light is coming on because of the difference in size of abs rings... Looks like I may have to 8 install rx8 abs rings and space the sensor away from hub

Whats your wheel sizes to? Not running a staggered set up? Ive come to the conclusion the dsc is never really off even when you turn it off...and the internet saying that you press and hold the button to turn completely off i believe is wrong...by pressing and holding i feel the dsc system actually logs it as a fault as its not expecting that switch input on for 10 secs...and it takes a cycle of the ignition to reset....as a fault would.
I think your gonna have to emulate the rx8 set up..the car i was involved in swapped the subframes hubs diff etc so didnt have this issue. Ill have a read through the technical manual see if i can glean some info.

Had a read what code you get for dsc?.
There is not a code for calibration out of range...which you would think youd be getting with incorrect pulses..
Id also expect an abs light..
Code would be a help.

The more i think about it the only component seperate to abs and eps is the yaw combination sensor.

I'm pretty sure it's going to be the abs rings on the driveshafts. I'm running mx5 rings with Rx8 sensors.

IDS still won't connect but I think I find a function on mazda edit that will read the codes so will give that a go. Might have to borrow neighbours snap on scanner again.

I also need to check continuity of yaw sensor to check it's getting correct feeds/earth etc

Yep i agree, just confusing that abs light does not come on...i suppose if yaw sensor was not right dcs light would come on with ignition not above 10 mph...if the dsc is more sensitive than the abs then yes dsc light and not abs...need a mazda master tecnician.

Just paid a bit more attention to what the car does after I start it.

Car is off
Start car - no dsc light
Drive up to 10ishmph
Rear abs/dsc starts activating goes crazy.
Stops and fault light appears.

Speedo also over reads pretty bad.

Mazda edit will not read code.

I think it's the rear abs ring diameter is too small and the difference is triggering the dsc.
