Yep, I quess it has to be done before anything else...

Today I got cooler off. Didnt see anything wrong with it, or its piping. Also, I tested every hose what I could find with soapy water. Nothing...

Googling says..its an air bypass valve to assist with idle control...when under electrical load. So not sure if it shoupd hiss but very much doubt anything todo with boost control...
However in that diagram bottom left you will see the actuator and a green line to the boost control duty soleniod...
The source of boost line goes to actuator and is teed off to the duty soleniod...this solenoid will open shut quickly to vent pressure to obtain a boost setting above the spring pressure...if its broke and wide open youd make loads of boost if its shut you will make spring pressure boost...so i dont think anything wrong as your symptoms dont fit the above scenario...
Its got to be leak or wastegate open...or in limp mode....need that engine check light bulb changing...

Yep, friend told me what that does. But thanks. :)

That duty solenoid I didnt check yet. But as you said, symtoms doesent match...

Howerer, I start to fear worse. Could turbo exhaust housing be cracked?

True, I ll try to check those bulbs today...

re japi

Btw, I cant imagine that it could be in limp mode. Cause there is some boost and car is still quite fast...

Or simply that boost gauge doesent work properly!

That wastegate stuck open seems to be most likely option at this point...

Yes i agree...doubt cracked housing...sound like a tractor...
Coukd be limp...morelike wastegate...

You think so, not the turbo turbine housing? Ok... Umm, how about compressor side, turbine worn out?

Yep, off to the garage to check things. Maybe friend has his carlift free, so we could check that actuator...

Jarno, it may help to know that there are full Mazda workshop manuals  in our General Technical section just click on the foxed link scroll  down to your car.

From memory in the back of the full manual there is a trouble shooting section, but if you have a stuck actuator rod then that's probably the issue anyway .

I have been chearching from those manuals, but just cant find my problem...

Just got back from my friends.  Unfortunately car lift was occupied, so couldnt see and check that wastegate... But me and him went thru all of those hoses and thingies again. No problem there...

How does that plastic cover comes off? Just pull? Dont want to brake it...

Umm sure that problem really is under my nose. Just cant find that damn thing. Frustrating...

What really confuses me is that car still has some desent power, even tho boost is only 0.2-0-3. Might be that boost gauge really is broken and Im just looking for problem that doesent exist

Oh, and when I got back from my friends, I really did give some beans to that car Stupid wheel hop when tyres spin. Revved it to the limiter for first time too...

Get a cheap Tims gauge...and tee into wastegate line...no need to plumb through bulkhead run line up outta bonnet and in through drivers window...(wrong side btw)...and see what it says.
