I'm interested in attending the Beaulieu event with my 1995 FD. I have just rejoined this version of the Owners' Club after an absence of many years (I went to a few events - NEC, Silverstone track days - back in the late 90's, but work somehow got in the way since then!......)
Please let me know if there is space available and, if so, I will purchase my ticket from the RX8 OC.

Hi Lynne - yes, there are still tickets available for Beaulieu, details of how to purchase your ticket are in the first post of this topic. For reference, here is the link:

When you get to the last phase of the shop checkout, tick the "Send Additional Information" box, you'll be able to enter a message. Please state "MRC" and your username on here as it will make it easier to track things as we go along. Thanks

Deadline for purchase of stand tickets is Sunday, 8th July.

I have updated the list on the first post of this topic with what I believe to be the current position on ticket purchases. Please post up in here if I've got it wrong 

The stand is expecting to host ~40-50 rotaries (47 have registered to attend, 30 paid up to date)

^^John, I have alerted the RX-8 OC Events Co-ordinator, who will be purchasing the tickets so you should be OK, just as long as you ordered via the RX-8 OC shop and gave your name and address.

Not long to this event now, let's hope this lovely spell of weather continues 

I'll be going to the RX-8 OC rendezvous point (in my RX-7 FB hopefully!) and joining the convoy to the stand. Everyone booked for the day on the RX-8 OC stand is welcome to join the 40+ car convoy as detailed here:

"We meet at a Tescos Dibden Superstore just off the A326 (Just after Applemore Hill) at 7.30am ready to leave 7.45am sharp and convoy in together to get to the car park holding area at Beaulieu by 08:00

OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF:

1. I know some people on the MRC have booked their ticket directly through Beaulieu and will not have received an RX-8 OC stand pass along with their entry ticket(s). We should have some spare stand passes to dish out at the rendezvous point above, so arrive in good time and you can collect one and join the convoy in!

2. If you ordered your ticket and stand pass via the RX-8 OC shop, then you should have received them in the post by now. PLEASE POST UP IN HERE SO WE CAN KEEP TRACK 

3. If anyone here wants to partake of the RX-8 OC refreshments (inc bacon butties, buffet lunch, home-made cakes, hot and cold drinks) is welcome to do so for just £5 p/person for the day (you'd pay more than that for a bacon buttie at Beaulieu!). Let me know when you arrive if you wish to partake and I'll collect cash for the Club Treasurer
