I'm surprised at the apparent lack of interest in this event 

A very historic location - the RFC (Royal Flying Corps) were based there in 1917, before the formation of the RAF in 1918. With cars and planes aplenty to see on what we hope will be a glorious sunny weekend, it's sure to be a great event.
