It had new coils about 2 months ago but I dont think they are genuine.
I'm going to take it to a rotary specialist for an opinion and probably have a compression test for peace of mind.
I know its an arse about face way of doing it. ....after buying it lol

heres my mates new 231...bought whilst i was on holiday  ...few jobs done and now its flying...my race car coils are on it as coils where non gen and rubbish. Plus it had Autogrip tyres on the rear..downright dangerous so reboot with some Bridgestones so handling sweet. Fastest 8 ive ever driven proper quick  only 900 quid!!!!

He bought 1 to learn it as he is a mechanic by trade....just got back from there as we speak fixing another lol...
Im just waiting for mine to turn up on the truck.......nail biting as bought unseen ha ha ha.
