Interchangeable Items for the FC

I put FD front calipers on my FC , they are a straight fit with no messing at all

Ive read that the FD Calipers are less likely to seize up like the FC ones can

Would just like to point out that the Passat drop links are not interchangeable.
At least on an S4. Don't know about the S5.

basically I took the cheapest shower curtain , put a blanket over the roof , then the curtain and roped it on to the wheels

Wouldn't that need a rope both ends? I thought eyelets were only on the top?

I just did it in all 4 corners and pretty much ignored the holes in the curtain

I did make them fit the back anti roll bar though, so not a completely wasted purchase.
I had to grind off the extruding aluminium bushing to get the the alignment true, but it worked.

I thought they only fit the rears to be honest ?!?!

For some reason in my head I thought they were supposed to fit the front.

I'm searching for a car out there with the same as our front ones, it must exist. No way am I paying £50 each. (Which is what some fleecer on eBay has them at!)

Passat Rear droplinks? look a bit cooler than the standard ones too.

Then received our rear droplinks (got these on ebay for £12 theyre for a VW passat and fit perfectly Alot better than the £40 per link i was quoted by Mazda)

Will confirm next time I'm with my car, but these should replace the rear droplinks
