Ok so this is my first post so some will be thinking im taking the p*ss but i assure you im not. im after my first RX-7 and im actively looking.

I'm open minded as to what version however i'd prefer a later model.

Hi and thanks for the welcome. Perhaps I should introduce myself.

I've always been into bikes Inc racing but growing family and injuries mean that's coming to a halt. I thought now's the time to get the car IV always wanted (rx7).
IV been doing lots of research but there's just so much to learn and all the bike knowledge is useless in a rotary.

Welcome mate plenty of info on here, shame but due to Photobucket lots of piccys are lost.

Prices much like skylines evo and classic scoobs have all risen in past year or so..3k rx7 are a thing of the past as they thin out and desirability continues...ideally need to post your budget....Charlie P on here regularly has rx7 for sale, seems he had about 10 or so in barn that he restored and sold on, he may have 1 nearly ready and theres always 1 or 2 popping up.

and what do you want it for? track, showing or just a sunday blaster?

Hi boosted. Yes IV seen the prices spike and I'm kicking myself for it because I know I could have bought one 3 years ago.

Budget wise I'd like to stick to £13k but of course that can change for the right car. It will be indeed just a Sunday blaster.

I've spoken to Charlie P and he's offered me a car but I wanted something with at least a few mods.

Should be able to get a fantastic car with that budget! And i dont think there gonna drop so should be a sound investment for the future...patience is the key waiting for the right 1.
