Hi Chris session2 good for you ( use sess1 as dialing in session like last year)....my works apprentice is coming along and will be with me in other sessions if he dont get sick....

I'm trying to get him a ride in session2 as well to show him what an 8 can do. hes a good lad.

Tyre back on yesterday.....and check tonight....not going flat horah! Getting proper excited now and illness free so far 7 days clear...took a days hol for tomoz as need a darn good lie not used to working ha ha.

I'm waiting until tomorrow morning to look at the weather forecast to decide on tyres. I have some reasonable Falken FK452 road tyres on my RX-8 at the moment, but have a set of very worn (one trackday left) Federal 595RSR's I could put on in the morning before I leave home, but these would be hopeless in the wet.....

I have too much gear in the car to take a spare set of wheels with me.

As its been awhile since ive been on track and only 4 sessions im trailering so will have 888s on and fully treaded road tyres in back of Shogun....plus the kitchen sink....just in case....

Only got first 2 of 4 vids for some reason...needed to wire in permanent supply me thinks...
Shame as massive sideways slide at Tower sess 3 and sess 4 felt the best of the day i had calmed down abit and seemed really smooth n flowing.
Need a oil burp/ surge solution....

See Grant thats where your wrong mate....8 frik8n handle well...any plum can boost it down the straights...there were some fast guys out there and a few i caught on the straights into a bend i was on limit just staying in touch...its just the FD is awesome at both. Straights and corners...
Just finished unloading took 7 for spin around block all good no knocks funny noises or leaks...still runn7ng after abuse.
