I dare say we'll put together a full plan for meeting up, eating at various places and getting to the varous event locations. Once we've confirmed who's coming we have a few months now to pull it all together, so plenty of time. I suspect the main issue, as with the previous dates, will be for people who want to come along to book a hotel, as there aren't a lot of options in the area. Ferry bookings are less of a priority, although I will book mine soon (same as Clive has suggested, in my case, not for you though  ).

Yes, I just checked,  hotels are going really fast. Apollo has some rooms left. And Lange Jammer too. But then, you have to go quote far to get a room. Good thing is that Holland is a small country

Yeps, thats sounds like a good plan. Even though we are in different hotel, they are not so far apart. And ofcourse it would be nice to be with this group and spent time together.

Our plan is to see some castles, churches, old towns and museums on Friday and Monday. And Thursday when driving from airport to Hotel. There are some really interesting sightseeing near Lelystad
