Well, after having a great day and two brilliant track sessions at Rockingham today, the drive home did not go as well.

I'll let the pictures do the talking, suffice to say I walked away without visible damage. The Land rover, Trailer and FD did not fair so well (two out of three written off with the FD needing significant body work).
and no I wasn't responsible, but we'll have to see what my insurances say.

Big thanks to Jim for stopping and helping. I'm sure the end result would have been a lot worse had Jim not rolled his sleeves up and mucked in. Thanks.

??? OMG, what a horrific sight, with the vehicles now facing the wrong way, that must've been incredibly frightening. Good to see nothing rolled over and, most importantly, glad to hear you are OK. Hope dealing with your insurers isn't too much of a nightmare  :(

What a...? What happened?  ??? Well, glad your ok. Car body parts are easy to repair, compared to human body parts. Even though it brakes my heart to see your FD like that... :( Damn...
Power is nothing without control. Weight is enemy of performance, handling and braking.

Umm, obviously your Land Rover got hitted bad, but how about trailer? Can really see from those photos...

And I think that I wont want to see photos from your car even. :( Really brakes my heart...

Ok, I have to share this even though it might be inappropriate "joke"... So sorry about this for advance :)

My daughter just saw me watching those pics. She asked be what happened. I told her that Chris had an accident. After long silence she just said that "I dont like that green car. But I really like that yellow. Looks mean and sounds funny. Shame. Hope they are okey..."

She went back to sofa to watch cartoons on telly. After a while she went: "Dad! DAD!!! I have been thinking. I want really stupid looking pink car with same engine that Jynkkis (my brother) has. Is that ok?" I started to laugh and said sure... I think I managed to turn my daughter to proper rotorhead :D
