Idealy needs a respray....its got hair, grit, marbeling and few dinks....

Import could be an option ? they seem to be coming over again....which will see prices drop in uk. lot of the UK cars rose as JDM's not being imported due to yen/pound ...

Could be but it's a gamble. Could come with a duff motor but self rebuild could still be cheaper than a uk car

Love the stock body there is nothing better than the clean lines of an FD me thinks!
I would agree the prices of FD'S is crazy but then so are all the 90's motors now look at Cosworths or Renault 5 turbo's everything is sky rocketing at the min

I dunno with the exception of a few all new jap cars are strangled emission controlled 12 airbagged ebd'd self parking barges that need 300 bhp to pull 7 sec 0 til 60....90s car are probably at the sweet spot for lightweight tunable safeish and motable.....look at evolution of the golf gti....

Well, if you think about it RX-7 is still a very fast car. And then when it was introduced, very fast...

So I do understand why they are getting expensive. They are slowly becoming a collectors items. I dont see any way to get them cheap anymore...

I miss not having a sports bike like crazy ....but no way am i rolling the dice with another 1. Lost a few mates over the years too.
I think for the forseeable future rx7 fd prices are gonna rise unless we have another recession....

They're going to rise and no ones going to buy them. I don't have a bike licence so a bike would be for track only. Safest way, as on the roads I would be a gonner

I dunno....i remember e type jags at 500 quid....and mk2 escorts 50 quid.....its a mixed up world ! Lots of 20 yr olds cash to burn as cant get on housing ladder.
Ive spent more buying an doing mine up than i think its worth but i dont care its how the car makes you feel....charlie p on here seems to have a steady selection....ive got a cage i dont really want....where theres a will there a way!

Evo 8 fq300 standard....all you really need ...i sold mine to pay off a loan and move house. There advertised now for same amount...i sold mine 8 yrs ago in recession....mad..... what a car though.
