As the RX-8 OC have now paid for these track places, please can members please pay as follows:-  Normal price is £35.00 but MRC will discount this to £30.00 per session.

Please make payment for your track session of £30.00 via PayPal to "Family & Friends"  via shop@mazdarotaryclub.com  Please state that payment is for Jaspfest Track as this way we will receive the full £30.00 for each tarck session.  Please ensure payment is made by the 24th January.

Hi Lisa,

Glad you received payment. I suppose I can change my 12:40 slot and swap with Aston as I am selected to be part of the FD parade at 2:00pm and have to go to a briefing at the Brooklands building at 1pm. I guess the parade naturally ends before the 2:40 slot so it would work quite well if me and my car are on the track anyway beforehand. Please confirm with Aston if this is ok. Thanks.

JAPFEST TRACK TIME

UPDATE: More spaces have become available!

For those coming to Japfest there are still places available if you want to take your car on track 

The RX8OC have THREE track sessions booked which are for club members. MRC members are also most welcome to join in any, or all of these sessions. Price is £30 per session, discounted for the Japfest public price of £35.

At this special Japfest, which celebrates the 25th anniversary of the RX-7 FD, why not take a session (~15 minutes) or two out on track with your rotary, whether Old Skool, RX-7 or RX-8, and share our passion in front of the huge crowds that will be attending Silverstone this year.

Does anyone know when documentation required for participating on the track sessions are going to be sent over? Just checking as I haven't received anything regarding what needs submitting to Japfest.

Hi Jeff, Lisa or Clive will correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems the whole process of ticketing and documentation by the Japfest organisers this year has been atrocious.

It's likely you will need to collect an envelope on the day from Peter Bragg on the RX-8 OC stand (which will be adjacent to the MRC stand) - the envelope will have your track documentation. Pete hasn't got them from the organisers yet, so no way can he send them out this late due to risk of not reaching people in time.
