Woohoo revving out nice n clean now! New sparks in few flutters at 6k seems ok now. No road test yet for a boost pattern...

yep fuel has been in there a LONG time. As mentioned, i did put a bit of fresh optimax in there, but ive a feeling that at least 1/4 of that tank is night on two years old.

And being the secondarys these needed purging as well. Will drive the long way to mot no boost! Stale fuel goes like varnish....horrible. well its coming along nicely. Mot soon!

struts and engine damper....scuttle is off seal being bonded and clean up of not sure i want to know its either berries or rabbit droppings in all the hard to reach places!

out in sunshine anti bacteria spray, elbow grease and sunshine.....i know the pressure washer would clear it all in 5 mins but not happy blasting the engine and electrics!

wiper arms sprayed up Ed China style...satin black yeeha!

waiting on a few bits and pieces and ive got to service the mrs car and fit her eibach lowering springs.....face palm....."the 3 mps doesnt handle like the R3 did!"

Thanks for that I'll get some of those bought, my current bonnet stay is rusty and rattles

scuttle repaired and brought back to life, wiper arms painted and lacquered. new wipers and found on ebay some neat wiper arm mounted water jets have 4 on each arm epic window clearing!. kit only 20 quid. 2 grommets, 2 check valves, t pieces and plenty of hose. drill hole in bulkhead and passed through. all connection hidden under scuttle.

new rear import plate on...i deleted number plate hanger strange 1 bolt and 1 rivet

...and put plate high up in aperature $:-\$

i also serviced wifes mazda 3 mps so good excuse to test without the driving instructor sat next to me!....dont like, too much power and weight over front wheels...torque steering and understeering heavy beast. on track an rx8 would eat it up in few corners.

Oh an Carl another question pls...My sprayer mate asked how many coats of paint and 2k? maybe flatten and buff. but he gave me a really good price on respray with me helping do strip prep and putting everything back on....but that will be next winter if it happens atall.

I got a front stick on number plate.....not sure to be honest....aint on yet!

Im under car looking at engine mounts....all the securing bolts have sealant on them? Why is this? Vibration?
