Hi all,

I was looking for some advice. As some of you know I’ve got a 2002 Spirit R landing in January from Newera Imports. The car has a full Mazda service history, incredibly.

I live in West London, and am keen the car gets looked after by someone decent who isn’t 300 miles away. Does anyone have a recommendation for somewhere I can take the car for servicing/preventative care etc?

Also, what’s the current thinking on servicing schedules on a import â€" should I get one done as soon as it arrives? Miguel has had a compression test done for me, and all banks were mid 7s, so no particular worry with the engine.

Finally, to underseal or not underseal?

Thanks for any and all opinions!

I would personally recommend Jay and Kerim at powergains based in Essex. I've never heard any negative comments about them in 8years being around rotaries only positive which is rare in such a limited field and they have always been great with me. I travel from Northumberland and usually stay over in Brentwood
