*URGENT* TRACK SESSIONS FOR JAPFEST@SILVERSTONE - 24TH APRIL

Due to the change of venue for Japfest 2016, I urgently need to know if any requires a 3rd track session as they currently only have 20 places left for an afternoon session. Please let me know by this Friday, 4th December  at the latest

RX-8 OC will allocate us 5  track places for the 10.20 & 12.40 sessions which will be "Rotary" sessions. 


However, if anyone requires a 3rd session, then this will be out on track with mix cars although it will be an Advanced Driver session.

In order to secure the 3rd track session I would need payment for this one and then we can sort out payment for the joint RX-8 sessions later

The cost is £30.00 per a 20 min track sessions. Please make via PayPal to shop@mazdarotaryclub.com Please make payment to "Friends & Family" to ensure that we received the full £30.00 to pay for the tickets and now lose out on PayPal fees.

Personally id like 2 in the first 2 rotary sessions. Its a long way atmo and need to holiday now. I dont want the 3rd session im in.

Thanks for the information regarding track session payment, Lisa.

On another note, should we as club members pay for the tickets online to get to the Japfest show now? It currently has two prices, one for just the day show and the other including a camp overnight in Silverstone. The day rate is currently an early bird rate of £20.

Hi Jeff. Entrance is usually included in clubstand pass. So effectively 4 persons in 1 car. The entrance fee is for walk in visitors. Id not get any tickets just yet see what the format is.

Things have now changed for Japfest for next year whilst MRC are guaranteed ad club stand space it is now up to individuals to book their own ticket for Japfest.

This gives you an option of which ticket you would like to buy and now not the responsibility of the club to upfront the monies that they might not get back.

I will post a separate post will all the details to follow.
