Just a reminder for those of us attending the Xmas get together on Saturday it is at Horwood House

Our sitting is at 7.00pm in the Tempus Restaurant

For those of you staying over, you can check into your rooms from 2.00pm.  You do have use of the swiming pool and sauna, should you wish to use these facilities.

Huge thanks to Lisa for organising this highly enjoyable evening. The location was excellent and good value for money IMHO. The food was good, if a little short on portion size  ;) At least it meant Gwyn and I managed to eat the mince pie and some mints at the end, as usually we are too full by then  :) All the staff at the hotel that we met were extremely polite and helpful - very good customer service.

It was great to meet up with fellow enthusiasts and their partners for a catch-up. Hopefully we can attract even more next year  :)

Had a fab time - huge thanks as always to Lisa for organising.

As Malcolm says I thought the venue and food was very good. I can't believe the music was too loud for me - must be getting old!  ;D

Well Done Lisa, great venue and staff. Really enjoyed ourselves. Great to meet up with you all and well done Ann and Ian for the pictures.

Many thanks to everyone that attended.  Sorry the portion sizes were a bit small - but I guess this is what you get when you are catering for the masses :wav:

Everyone seemed to like the venue although I would not have wanted to have bee a bit tipsy  :party0036: and then try and find my hotel room, place was like a maze!
