Shifter return springs and bushes

Does anyone have a source in the uk for shifter return springs and bushes for an FC?

I'm particularly interested in getting a new spring that sits on the right side that provides resistance before allowing you in to 5th/reverse as mine has snapped. I'm looking at overhauling the whole shifter though so the parts on the other side that center the stick in 3rd/4th position are needed too. I would also like to know where I can get the bushes for the selector ball just in case that's contributing. Is there anything else I'd need?

The symptoms are no centralisaion of the stick and missing changes from 2nd to 3rd. The centralisation I can live with but judging the throw from 2nd to 3rd so that it's completely reliable is what I want to sort out. On the road this isn't a problem and even on the track it's kind of ok but a pain. However I was at Gurston Down hill climb school yesterday and there's a lot of other stuff I need to be thinking about going up the hill than where 3rd is.

Apparently I also need a shift select spindle (R503-17-550)... any ideas where I can get one in the uk?
