Great news Clive. Sounds like a well developed car, with usable power - and a surprising amount of 'stockiness' :)
Hopefully your ironed out all the gremlins and can concentrate on getting the results you deserve, rather than a constant stream of issues.
I hope to make it along to a few of your races this year.
Best of luck! :)

Great news. :)

Engine spec is really interesting.  :bravo_2: And because of those electrics, I cant imagine how difficult this swap has been.

But I have to ask, why you choose light weight flywheel? I imagine that normal would be better for that kind of car. Would be interesting to see differences between them...
Power is nothing without control. Weight is enemy of performance, handling and braking.

Light flywheel allows the car to rev faster surely?

Is 10psi enough to compete with those two monstrous nissans from last year Clive?

Post from Casey:-

:'( :'( :'( Just had a call from Clive.... :(

Car was going well in test session at Rockingham today. He ran several sessions in the morning, including one at race distance. Clive had been tuning the suspension to suit the track and all was going well. This afternoon the car developed a problem, such that he will not be competing tomorrow. I won't go into any details, as I'm sure Clive will post up later.

Just wanted to make sure anyone thinking of going tomorrow is aware that Clive won't be there - he's on his way home now.

Paul Buckmaster and Phil Collard in their RX-7's are still expecting to compete though.

Really feeling sorry for Clive   :'(
