Hi all

Toying with single turbo when engine rebuilt time comes, but think I dont really need a single & it prob would be cheaper buying a car with it already fitted, which I dont want to do as I like my wide bodied rx. So this got me thinking

Is it possible to change the stock twins for larger ones??
Has anyone done it if so?
Any pros & cons??
What turbos were used?

or should I just go non seq??

Cheers

We investigated this with one of the big Turbo companies we deal with here in the UK for John York, yes they could fit slightly bigger Turbos, but you would still have the restrictions of the stock manifold even if you port stuff out then you would have to re-plumb the new turbos to your existing inlet / intercooler system.
We worked out cost would be at least £2500 just for the Turbo\'s with minimal power gains !!

However we could supply this kit below as a bolt straight on kit, comes armed with two T28\'s.
