I just have to share this:

My friend has a stunning MK1 Ford Escort.

Yesterday his wife was driving to home. Suddenly, windscreen just blew up!!!
I have never seen it blew like that! Look at those holes!

No apparent reason, her and her sister in the car. Might have hit a pothole but neither can remember clearly, apparently having a thousand tiny pieces of glass cascading onto your lap tends to focus your attention elsewhere :cool
 
They got a local garage to hoover all the glass out and drove 10miles home "open air" style.

That is true

Yes, there were no pot holes. And no other reason, apparently it just blew up on its own...

I have seen windscreen go to millions of pieces but I havent seen with those massive holes. Weird...
