I signed up an account on here maybe a month or so ago but never really got round to posting so may as well make a little intro.

My names Adam, I am 22 in Dorset UK and i currently own a 2004 velocity red 231ps rx8, as my first foray into rotary world, a world ive wanted to be in for..a few years now.

I am however unfortunately disabled as a result of life threatening asthma when i returned from working at the olympic and paralympic games in 2012, so my days are often filled of not doing much as im physically extremely limited amongst other things.

I got the RX8 to learn with my own hands how a rotary works, all good n well watching vids etc, and in hindsight the rx8 probably is not the easiest of all rotaries to work on as ive learnt :3Confused but there you go!

The car will not be a show queen, I have several friends who compete in the BDC (British drift champs) and I will be going to santa pod on the 27th of august for my first drift day with the car with said friends in tow.

The eventual goal is to own a FD3S, (i know you get a lot of dreamers and children who say the same) but its something on my bucket list, so it has to be done.

The other thing on my bucket list is to get an engine and rebuild it as well and my lovely mother has said this evening she wont mind If i put an engine in the garage to work on, so probably after the drift day ill be putting up a wanted thread for a blown 13b-rew.

bit long winded but there you go :p
Thanks all

Thank you Clive :)

Saw your race rx8 at Japfest me and a friend were very impressed.
The MRC stand as a whole was my favourite of the show to be honest.
