Whats the difference between these exhausts?

Hey guys,

Now that I am actively looking for cars (seeing my first on Wednesday) I have been thinking about mods etc.

I love the look of the Greddy Ti Exhaust and from what I have seen on youtube they sound pretty awesome too, plus the weight saving is also nice.

My question is, whats the difference between the Ti-R PE and Titanium racing (apart from the big price difference)
