Breaking 1992 J reg fd3s

As per title I have got a completely standard FD I\'ve decided to break as the exterior has been vandalised, I do have another shell in silver too but I just don\'t have the time to completely rebuild another car, I pretty much have every part available apart from an exhaust system. I even have a complete engine that I had running prior to removal but has only got 5bar compression on both rotors, I was planning on rebuilding it as a spare engine for my car but will let it go for the right price.
