1a)Roast carrot, ginger & coriander soup with croûtons (V)
2a)Smoked salmon & Atlantic prawn timbale, with horseradish, lemon and fresh dill
3a)Plum tomato & mozzarella salad with a glazed herb oil and balsamic reduction (V)

Mains
1b)Traditional roast turkey with stuffing, festive trimmings and homemade gravy
2b)Roast vegetable wellington with a sweet tomato & basil purée (V)
3b)Smoked haddock roulade stuffed with garlic & spinach, finished with white wine sauce.
4b)Roast English topside of beef with red cabbage & parsnip purée, grilled baby vegetables and Madeira sauce

Dessert
1c)Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
2c)Duo of chocolate torte with a vanilla cream
3c)Selection of English cheese and biscuits with chutney
