So guys
Question
First time I refilled my cooling system
Never got problems
So I have a japspeed radiator
I filled the engine filler neck to the top
And after this I saw that the Ast also filled
All good
I let it run and after 15-20 minutes coolant
Gauge illuminates and power fc shows 118
Crad so way too much
The fans also blow only cold air no hot air
Maybe too much air in the system
What did I wrong?
Never got that problem

Thanks for answers

you have an air lock somewhere.

have you burped the system well???

you need to make sure that you grab and pump the radiator hoses to force the water through.

also you need to run the car up with the top cap off to start and raise the revs a little as this will draw the water round the engine then keep topping it up. you also need to make sure the heater is set to hot aswell. make sure you are burping as described above many times. as the temp rises the water will try to overflow thats when you put the cap back on. keep raising the revs a bit then let it drop back down and then burp it continue this and you should find the rad pipes you are grabbing will get hot then the rad fans should come on. let the rad fans go out then turn the engine off but leave the ignition on so the fans can cut in again this will help it cool quicker. then wait 10 mins and get a rag over the top cap and undo it then top it back up. you may need to do this a few times and sometimes the last air wont come out until its been run for a few days. when its all coold and not been run check the ast is full and the plastic bottle behind the headlight is on the max mark and the top filler is also full and that should be that.

i think that makes sense :)
