My FC has original wheels with Goodyear NCT5\'s 205/60R15 which have been on for some years.  Tyres are now in need of replacement so I would welcome thoughts as to what are the best ones to fit.  Typically the car is only used during the Summer months so I\'m happy looking at a softer compound performance tyre.  The range however seems pretty limited.

Suggestions and peoples experience would be welcomed.

many people prefer different tyres for no other reason than it suits their driving style, personally I like Yokohama Paradas. not good in the wet but they are great in the dry and have lasted on my friends Celica GT4 up and down the Stelvio Pass and since.

Yokohama AD08 if your budget allows.

Ran them on my MR2 Turbo for over a year

Amazing performance wet, dry and even sub zero.

Thanks for the replies guys.  Interested to know what size tyres you are running.  Presume a much lower profile as neither of the Yokohamas are available in a 60?

Ah, missed your profile requirement, I think you\'re right, AD08 is not available in a 60 profile.

I was running 205/50 and 225/45 16.

Toyo T1R\'s on mine. Can\'t fault them.

I don\'t need to upgrade my stock turbo to beat your ass!

Get your finger out, get it on the road and start driving it then!!! (B.Martin 25/2/12)

Thanks for replies so far.  Perhaps I should also ask what size tyres you are running with - bear in mind my wheels are OEM, so 15".

Anyone have any experience of Vredestein Sportrac 3\'s on their FC?  The tyre seems to get good reviews.
