Are you mounting the EWP solid? As they\'re supposed to be allowed to move and expand or they will brake

Never heard of that, I will check the instructions tomorrow, cheers Grant.  :)

If its a Craig David one then it needs to be allowed to move, as you can imagine they get quite warm, and with such expand. I didn\'t know about it until someone pointed it out to me. You could maybe mount but using bushing to let it move around a little. Still trying to figure about the best way to mount mine as don\'t want it just "hanging" around in my nice engine bay.

I want mine to be seen as it looks quite cool so I\'m polishing it !!!  lol

Oh you have the metal one don\'t you??  Maybe won\'t expand as much as the plastic one. I just couldn\'t bring myself to pay for the metal EWP as I\'m running 2 on my car, one for engine and one for the charge cooler

Ooohhh !!  a new parcel from Australia\'s Rotary Extreme, it was worth my enquiry to them as their website said they\'re
out of stock but they found one more set on the shelf... result !!  :D

Sicknote

Just a few random pics of the days wiring, the final pic shows the very first connection !!  .... finishing off tomorrow. :D

Sicknote

We\'re still here but I\'ve got my laptop with me at the garage so here are a few more pics as we go.  :D

The New race seat is installed.

I\'m sure things should be tidier than this !!!

Nice neat work behind the drivers dash panel

Just installed the MoTeC dash control buttons (red & green) into the control panel, and a few more connections
have now been made to the electrical panel.  getting there

Balky, Ejo and myself did a few bits tonight.

Balky got to work on welding and grinding the exhaust up.

Ejo drilled and tapped the inserts for the drivers floor pan which he then bolted in.

And me.... well I have been really unhappy with the location of the coil packs for some time now so I made a template up
for a better place, I\'ll get the ally plate cut tomorrow.  :)

Sicknote

Only one pic took tonight.... sorry slacking.

The entire exhaust has now been welded, just one small bracket to fabricate and then thats another job done

The passenger floor is now in place and we\'ve started dismantling the whole car ready for the rolling shell to go to paint either
on Sunday or Monday.

Sicknote

We all got on with our jobs today, Balky with welding tasks, Ejo with grinding tasks and me with the coil pack tray.

This is the only shot I took of the coil pack shelf, I\'ve done a lot to it and will take further pics tomorrow.  :D
