Fit new injectors advice please??

I got my new dynamics injectors 2000and1000id it\'s my first time to replace injectors and I\'m just wondering how to remove the stock injectors do they come of easy or I need to use special tool to pop them out?
Also when I fit the new once what is the best way to fit them do I need to use any oil or just push them in .
Please explain in details then I can pictured in my head to go a head and change them.
And just double check I have to fit the injectors to the rails first then to the engine is that right?

Also how many block off plate I should be blocking I mean the minimum I should do at this time?

Will just pull out mite need a little twist, to put the new ones in put a little Vaseline on the o rings just a ( small amount) so they sit in properly
