Valid file extensions are doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png txt zip

Can you try as a jpeg?  Something like Paint will allow you to save a bmp as a jpeg.

bmp images generally have large file sizes as they are not "compressed", so the forum software won\'t allow them (they take up too much storage). Can you convert to the common jpg format? You could try this free online convertor if you are not sure how to do it;
