Shouldn\'t be too much Shaun, lots of heat wrap and ceramic coating and they have to be covered anyway
because of the posibility of Carbon Dioxide poisoning !!  lol

Put a fan in the rear window to suck any fumes out

Not much gunna happen on Kermy this week.  but still receiving parts from all over the place.

These are M8 washers and allen key bolts from Jason at Tokyo Racing... very pretty little things.

Sicknote

I\'ve had the second set of GTR\'s for a while but havn\'t take a pic of the fronts...so... here ya go !!

Sicknote

My task tonight (at home in the warm for once) is to give these two a marriage !!  :D

Sicknote

This week should have plenty of developments, in the meantime this arrived. £60... holy crap batman !!!

Sicknote

More work tonight, went over to my mate Roger to weld our Ally brackets onto the new intercooler, and have now
positioned and secured it.  And finished fabricating and tacking the exhaust.

A few welding bracket shots

It\'s final resting place

The final gap to fill

Last piece of the jigsaw fitted

Re-positioning the radiator inlet

A quick underneath shot of the positioned intercooler.

Sicknote

A few of those time consuming things got underway tonight

Out came the Plasma Cutter to get rid of the seat mounting points

These were the resulting parts removed

Put the seat rails on to work out the seat positions

Cut a nice big hole in the tunnel to move the seat accross slightly so my head has more clearance

And sited the Sparco extinguisher bottle

Thanks Carl, you harbour parts down there, have you got any flat frp or carbon door cards hanging around in a dark corner ready to be liberated ?  :)

leeroy_25

That is coming along great! Loving the progress. That light at the end of the tunnel must be closing in now? What is your estimate for completion?

Sicknote

Hi Leeroy, I rekon 4-5 weeks till the strip down and paint, then 2-3 weeks for the complete rebuild and start up time.  :)
