Rebuild, Yet now lights appear...

Hi,

So I got my car back yesterday but was pre-warned that 3 lights have appeared being;

• Steering
• Airbag
• Light alignment

So took it to Mazda in Leamington today and they cleared airbag light, Although are saying I may need a new electric steering module, Which comes to £1700 plus labour, But my problem is that before the car went to get a rebuild none of this occurred. So im wondering if its tripped something, at Mazda they said they have reset it and its all coming back except airbag. Which means driving is obviously become a pain rather than a pleasure
What should I do?

The Steering possibly the connector on the power steering motor, the connector gets corroded and can require cleaning.

The Light alignment one is common, the springs that control the alignment sensors corrode and snap and need replacing.  I\'ve heard people use the springs from ball point pens in these.
