Funny Pulling prob

does anyone have any idea what could be up with my car,

i\'ve just had the engine rebuilt and every now and then when i put my foot down it barely pulls and then when i let my foot off it makes a funny whining winding down type noise for a minute, i\'ve also noticed a click sometimes when i put my foot down that sounds as if its coming from the middle of the car underneath, and i can feel it in the accelerator pedal.

im gonna get it checked out in a few weeks but its bugging me slightly now, sometimes everythings great, and sometimes it doesnt pull then seconds later it will
