hahahahahaa what comp rotors?

Just out of interest when you say Stock ports make the best power band? Do you mean stock port (with stock Runners etc) or the Stock Timing? Because there is a Big Difference in the right hands?

Carl if you do enough digging you\'ll find out what I\'m doing, it\'s not hard to find, there will be no big reveal, it\'s done when its done, no rush, nothing secret, chassis has to have a lot more work done until I\'m happy with it.

Dindt have to do any digging Colum,Thats great that you are doing this, should be awesome when done. It ran a mid 9 with Geff on the 20b so what is your setup?

Carl, how dose one go about knowing how much to remove to low the comp of a rotor?

for example say we had a 9:1 how would you know how much to take out to make it 8:1?

I know it\'s not exactly the answer, but isn\'t it preferable to start with S4 rotors? Due to both the lower compression ratio and them being stronger, so will take additional milling with lower risk of weakening them too much?

Hi Marco, I already have the s4 rotors in my car.

What i wanted to know was the principles of deigning the rotor to a certain compression spec, to see what is involved. if indeed there is such a thing? for example, say its a 13:1 rotor and i want to mill it to 9:1 how do you measure or know how much to remove?

marco

Sorry, wasn\'t meant to sound condescending, just thought it was worth putting it down.

colum

Simple answer is cut a rotor up and find out what you have to play with then it\'s some simple maths

I had a go at lowering cr of rew rotors

Carl, if the car goes faster than it did ill be happy, auto box is still for sale if anyone wants it?

*plug*

I\'ve now got a liberty for it :)
