rear bumper removal

Swapping the rear bumper over, I\'ve undone all the bolts that are underneath the rear lights, but how do I get to the 3 that are bolted to the rear quarter?

2 each side (4 total) are accessed but removing the plastic boot trims and you can get hand down to access them with a small ratchet with a 10mm socket.  There is also one each side at the bottom accessed from under the car which are easily removed with a spanner
