hi trind its a {pull} type clutch which fits directly just like the oem {pull} type clutch & does not need a converter like some {push} clutches thanks

hi trind yes its complete! no counter weight as u don`t  it with the kit new anyway & ive used it on my twin plate but u can use one from an auto gearbox,  clutch new from japan is £940 + vat + duty
