Hi

I\'m looking to get an aftermarket steering wheel for my 92 FD.

I have seen an HKB boss kit that I was going to get to fit the new wheel to but there is a note on the website stating that the boss kit requires a Kouki 30mm spacer to fit. Is this a part already fitted to my FD behind the OEM wheel?

Any help would be great as don\'t want to go to for new wheel and find I need to find another part.

What boss kits are people using? Can anyone suggest or recommend one for me please.

I\'m using a Momo bought from demon Tweeks. You shouldn\'t need a spacer with the Momo boss but I\'m using one becasue I have a bucket seat fitted which is as far back as I could mount it.

I bought a HKB one off Driftworks. Fits perfect, no need  for any spacer...

Only had to modify the horn plug, as that fouled the new boss kit.

Just to revive this thread a bit I\'ve fitted a Momo boss to my FC and I think I\'ve done something wrong.

Steering feel much heavier (as if it\'s too tight/rubbing on something) but I\'m unsure if this is just the result of a smaller diameter wheel.

Did you guys experience this? or do I too need a spacer?
