Don\'t know where to post

We have some Trouble with a Car
I friend of Mine Bought an rx7 and he lost
All his paperwork
I tried to order the certificate of export for the car
That I can get it road legal but in the uk
They can\'t find the number plates from the car

So what can I do that he gets the paperwork again

The DVLA may be able to do something if you can supply them with the chassis number.
