Strange passenger side noise in cabin

Hi guys

I seem to have a strange hissing noise coming from the passenger area when driving.. its almost sounds like a heater fan whiring in on old car

It doesnt happen on standstill and only when i pull away off boost/on boost..

Its not a boost leak i\'m very sure and it only gets so loud, doesnt get louder that faster i drive

Anyone experienced this?

The car runs fine and reaches boost as it should.. your thoughts guys?

Just to add to that..

I cannot hear it if i\'m listening to music and i reloacted my battery to the boot a few days ago.. Is there anything in that area i could have annoyed in the engine bay on that side?

what about the flap which either lets your heaters get air from outside or recirculate the air from inside, could possibly have jammed it

I\'ll have a look at that... I\'ve noticed that it does happen on idle but its very quiet or my car is just louder than i think!!... like a fluttering sound

If you have your missus with you at the time you hear something could it be her that is making this strange whining noise?

So late last night i managed to capture the sound without the exhaust not over powering or road noise

what do you reckon guys? Nothing to do with the cars heater flaps etc

At the end you can hear when i put the camera in the foot well on the passenger sound its pretty loud hissing/fluttering sound

Did you do that Vid with the heater fan/air con off? my every day car did a simalar thing for a bit and it drove me mad, turned out it was a leaf in the Heater Blower

Nope it makes the same sound with the heater or ac on or off.. It\'s just easier to hear with it off..

Very strange noise!
