help fd3 will not start up

I have removed both and put a cut down bolt in the metal block below the gauge

i done Compression Test getting 92psi on the rear and 100psi on the front is that ok
 
made a video of Compression Test and bump test

If you had even bumps.   I\'d be happy as its not 100% without the rotary tester
Was it at running temp?

rex is all working now it was my hks twin power
it was not sparking all the plugs
 
looks like i need a new one
i have un plug it and now running awesome
