rx8 2004 231 warrantied engine

i have here for sale the wifes rx8 i bought it as a run around for myself then gave it to her but it just isnt ideal with the nipper etc.
the car is in really nice condition has all the 231 extras as well as factory sunroof and reversing sensors. the car has a new mot and 6 months tax on it
 
i bought the car from a main dealer and they had put on it a new cat, and a fast starter motor, new drop links all round and front pads
 
i have spent loads on it over the last few months with all the main things to look out for already done details below
 
new coils plugs and leads 1500miles ago
k and n panel filter
exedy clutch kit
rx motors rebuilt engine with warranty only just run in and covered 1200 miles so far
car is run with motul 710 premix every fill
 
 
the car is always warmed up well before full throttle and rev\'d every journey at least once. it comes with 18" aftermarket wheels fitted with toyo t1 r rubber that are all in really good condition with limited wear. the car also has an ipod connection in the glove box which appears to be all wired in but i dont have one to test it with  
 
 
the car also had a knock from the drivers side suspenion which turned out to be a bush on the lower arm, ive fitted a good 2nd hand arm from rx motors and that is sorted now also the headlight self leveling light was comming on and i have fitted a 2nd hand sensor for that so thats ok now aswell.
 
 
the only bad points on the car is some surface rust on the rear of the drivers sill which is pictured below which if the car does not sell over the next few weeks i will probably rub down treat and then underseal. there are some small marks on the plastic next to the stereo where someone has levered it out at some point tbh not massive just annoying.
 
 
i have posted a few threads on the car on the rx8oc since i bought it so please have a read to get some more information if you wish.
 
im after £3950 for the car on the forum and wont take offers as this is what it owes me. im not looking to make a profit would like the car to go to an enthusiast who can benefit from everything thats been done and have many years motoring. when i eventually get this into autotrader it will be going up for £4250 - £4500ish to make allow for the obvious haggling situation which is around the figure that the rx8oc forum members came up with on the how much is it worth thread i did
