Hmmm. Well been down to her tonight and pumped the clutch over and over.

Not sticking to the floor.

Could it be that some air had worked its way into the system and was causing my symptoms?

Going to bleed it tomorrow and see if any air comes through the system.

If not then I\'ll start taking it apart and seeing what is what.

Well on accounts that I\'m going to need to replace both I took to try to get them off the car tonight.

... One thing... F:censored:ING C-Clip! How the hell do you get that off! :2Mad

(of course I could use a C-clip remover but I don\'t have one... and 6ft3 guys aren\'t made to fit in an FC footwell for long enough to figure that out...! :Hammer)

Ok.

Got the rebuild kit from WGT (Who were brilliant).

All bits assembled and then onto the car.

However I think the master is in the depressed position, how can I get some pressure into the system to return the piston cup so that it can start forcing fluid through?

Any advice would be great

Can\'t you just pull the pedal up by hand and pump it?

They take a bit of bleeding once you rebuilt the cylinder - you will need to pull fluid through by getting some vacuum on the bleed nipple on the slave cylinder - and then when you\'ve got clean fluid no bubbles - lock off the bleed nipple and test it - you may have to repeat the process to get a real strong feel.

Yeah we got back ok. Got a bit turned around in Milton Keynes as we stopped off for a look round the shops and some food.

Was a long day for Elise though. She slept for about 12 hours yesterday... which meant she woke up at 3am this morning :2Confused
