Will an exhaust from the U.S. fit a jap FD? i guess the down pipe will be different due to the LHD steering rack but from the cat back will they be the same?

:cheers

The centre and back box *SHOULD* fit ok. As you correctly think the US downpipes do not allow for the steering column.

Do you think a S/S manifold made for a U.S. FD would fit?

Fish

Doubt it, but cant say without pictures.

In theory, Cat Back systems will fit. I brought over an Apex\'i N1 for a chap with a Prelude and it was ok, sometimes a bit of trimming is required as the US spec cars occasionally have downpipes that are a few mm longer! But should either bolt straight on or fit with v minor modification.

Heres a few pics of the manifold, is the stantard manifold up to much and would a after market one only be needed to run BIG! power?

That\'s a single turbo manifold.....good for BIG! power but only if you\'ve got the BIG! single turbo to go with it!! asp is running one of those manifolds, looks very impressive and seems to be very well made.

Depending on the wastegate used and pipework to/from it.

I\'m not sure it would clear the steering column.
