Bov?

Hi currently im looking into getting a blow off valve for my car and well really like the sound the HKS one gives off but alas its like £240 was looking to hit the more £80 mark and have seen a few generic ones around the net and was wondering if they\'re worth getting or will affect the performance/engine of my car (ie damage it) since i just want the sound and nothing else really.

Be careful of the cheaper ones as they can leak which will mean you will have a boost/vac leak, perhaps check out the for sale section on here or on driftworks or ebay for a genuine used one rather than a new generic one, also the sound is mainly made from the attachement that goes onto the BOV rather than the bov itself.
