Bonnet is done, although it needs a little tinkering to smarten up but for the moment it\'s good enough!!
I also whacked on my yellow advans with brand new rubber i have been storeing away.
Took her out for a test drive to see how things are.
Water temps are definately lower that beffore, on cruise without fans on!
Also massive added bonus that ive found is that when stationary, with the fans on full it actualy sucks a little bit of air down through the intercooler!!!! Which is AMAZINg becasuse i was worried about heat soak from the radiator while standing still. :D :D :D
ANYWAY, pictures:

Now just have to sort out the dodgy fuel sender, but i can live without know how much fuel is left... i think....

Have you noticed a drop in air temp with the drop of the water temp?

Coolant temps definatly stay lower. Beffore i found i was having to keep the fans on all the time to maintain a low ish temp of 85c. Now if i cruise without the fans on the temps stay lower for longer.

I havent checked the inlet temps yet and dont have a record of what they were beffore so unfortunatly have no way of comparing :-(

My air temps were about 32c on cruise, and after heavy session of drifting and sitting in the pit not moving for a while the temps stayed stable (from memory i think it was about 50c), but as soon as you started moving again that dropped back down again.

Water temps stay at 85c on cruise without fans on and in pits they stay at 86c with the fans on.
