Hi all,

My name Joop, 26 and from a small town near Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

I\'ve been into opels all my life, however I wanted to own a rx7 at some point, so I am looking around, and reading into them.
Most likely I will be asking some noob questions LOL

At the moment I own 3 opels (nova swapped to a 2.0 16v, mk1 astra for cruising stupidly low and mk5 astra gtc as a daily)

If interested I can do some pics of my current cars.

Brett

Welcome to MRC :wave

We have a few Dutch members on here - the rotaries seem very popular over there :)

Got any pics of the Mk1 Astra?

It\'s an old pic , at the moment she is getting new doors, and I\'m having some custom coilovers made , so that we can go lower.. panscraping FTW.

Wheels will be swapped for zender turbo II, same idea wheel, only much much rarer.

Brett

:o  I love those wheels!

Whats the pcd on them?

The ones on the pic? Ronal turbo in 15 inch,  4x100.

Hmmmm.... if those came in 4x110 I\'d be in love :)

What Rx7 are you looking for? SA22, FB, FC, FD? :)

Op de nederlandse rx club ook al aangemeld?

mayhem

Lol i am not sure, I know there are different 4 and 5 stud versions.
4x110 can run ford fitment with wobble bolts or have the holes adjusted at a local machine shop.

I am looking for an FD.
Most likely it will be somewhere this winter, but I want to know as much as possible before spending my money ;)

Any tips on getting one from Japan or from the UK? Prices are about the same, miles are about the same, only in the UK 5k is getting me a 93 fd with a \'recent\' rebuild and some mods like an apexi fc, or even single turbo...   5k is getting me a stock 1996 fd in Japan due to the expensive boat trip.. and i assume export company\'s in japan are not compression testing on request? :p

Informeer maar eens bij Hoebeke in Rilland:Giggle

Brett

Probably better off buying from the UK, as at least that way you can come over and view the car before you pay for it etc?
